A header, never a cookie. Without one this answers 401 and a
WWW-Authenticate challenge naming the metadata below.

Every call is made AS THAT ACCOUNT. There is no tool that deletes a
workbook. answer_question, update_workbook and create_workbook with
an instruction start research runs, billed to that account.

Credit is prepaid. A new account gets $1 when it saves a card
