A header, never a cookie. Without one this answers 401 and a
WWW-Authenticate challenge naming the metadata below.

Every call is made AS THAT ACCOUNT. There is no tool that deletes a
workbook. answer_question and update_workbook start runs that are
billed, so do not spend somebody's money unasked.
